New found hobby! ALERT: Brunch-ing is the Noob's new found hobby! On a lazy Sunday, I went to this Dim Sum place at Sunshine Plaza which is operated by a HK family. Amidst all the chit chat... you can also see chopsticks flying around like HK drama in reality! Food was so-so but I was surprised to see "Zha-Leong"!!! Not a typical dish that you can find in most places but... ... this reminds me of my Uni days back in OZ where this dish always comes with the Dim Sum set served on my Sunday brunch. For the convenience of my non-chinese friends, "Zha Leong" is actually your deep fried fritters wrappers with Chee Cheong Fun. By the way, their ice milk tea was served in a rather different way, with ice placed outside the glass of tea in a separate bowl. Why? I presumed not to bland the taste of the drink as it melts. Thoughtful? Labels: fun 9:51 PM
